Refund Policy

At Sectrix Technologies Private Limited, hereafter to be referred as “SECTRIX” (“us”, “we”, or “our”), we are committed to providing high-quality graphic design services. Our Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are issued. By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.


1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Eligibility for a refund depends on the stage of the project and the services rendered. Refunds are generally issued under the following conditions:

  • Project Cancellation Before Start: If the Client cancels the project before work has begun, a full refund of any deposit paid will be granted.
  • Initial Concept Stage: If the Client is unsatisfied after receiving the first draft or initial concept, a full refund of any deposit paid will be granted.

2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • After Client Approval: Once the Client has approved a design at any stage, refunds will not be granted for that stage or any preceding stages.
  • Completion of Project: If the project has been fully completed and final files have been delivered, no refund is available.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not available if the Client decides to cancel or abandon the project after work has begun.
  • Delays Due to Client: Refunds will not be issued if delays are caused by the Client’s failure to provide feedback, materials, or required information.

3. Deposits
Deposits paid for services are generally non-refundable, as they are used to secure time and resources. However, exceptions may be made if the project is canceled before any work has commenced.

4. Revision Policy
Each project includes a set number of revisions, as outlined in the service agreement. If the Client requests additional revisions beyond the included rounds, these may incur extra charges. Dissatisfaction based on additional revision requests that exceed the agreed-upon number does not qualify for a refund.

5. Refund Process
To request a refund, the Client must submit a written request. The request should include the reason for the refund and relevant project details. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days and issued through the original payment method.

6. Force Majeure
Refunds are not available in cases where the our services are interrupted due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events).

7. Dispute Resolution
If a disagreement arises regarding the refund, the Client is encouraged to reach out to us to resolve the matter. We are committed to working with Clients to achieve fair and satisfactory outcomes.

8. Changes to Refund Policy
The Agency reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated policy.
